I'm looking for better recruiting, culture shift, better s & c and the


beginnings of better offensive playcalling/philosophy, which will probably be limited until the talent level starts to improve. i'm more concerned about those kinds of things in the short term than i am about wins/losses. like others have said, there are systemic things that need to be addressed before we can worry about winning our division. would be great if that all happened sooner than later, but i'm thinking we need to be patient for at least 2-3 years. you can't undo the last few years overnight. if the portal is good to us, that can help with some wins, but the program culture changes are more important to me in the short term.
