He couldn't have been too over-rated, no one hired him away and he wasn't

kept on to the new staff. It will be interesting to see where he lands. He did coach up a 2 star in Darrisaw to a 1st round draft pick. If he doesn't end up at a P5 program, it's going to be hard to say he was over-rated.
