A couple of things


Nfl comtracts are different - u leave early - u subject to huge fines and loss of benefits and penalty . This is not college

In regards to delay - no 1 pry said he would hire the right guy and if the guy isnt availabls at rhe time he will wait rather than hire someone who doesnt fit

Vt is not scrambling for the quick fix but long term success . Thaf means they are not panicing .

Oh btw vt team is for the long term and with it the team might not be the best or competitive . Vt footbsll program was dead and has to be rebuilt from scratch. Pry will build if right but may take longer with hickups
