This is a CDC update
They're getting criticism for caving in to shorter isolation and not requiring a negative test as a condition. The people who want no restrictions are ready to jump on anything so that any loosening of restrictions is taken to mean their previous recommendations were wrong without accounting for new knowledge and conditions.
This Covid was a bad case of bronchitis, feeling like I had cracked ribs. I try to avoid waiting rooms, such as carryouts, where the virus in the air builds up all day. Nursing a broken leg, it's difficult to be active to clear the lungs.
