Have you had COVID recently? If not, I say bail now.

Not because I think you should be scared of COVID at this point, but because you are likely to get it while on the cruise, and then you're just going to be stuck in quarantine on the boat. I'd say get your money back now and hope to reschedule for some indeterminate time in the future.
