We have one player who is consistently killing this team on offense, and apparently everyone in the building can see that, except the one guy who matters. At this point, you can't call it a "slump", it's more a pattern. Shooting form is bad, shot selection is bad. And yet the coach continues to give him major minutes, and evidently a green light.

Coaches get too much blame for some things, but when a player keeps repeating the same poor performances, and the coach stubbornly sticks with him, that is absolutely worthy of criticism.
