I have 15 years on mine

I've replaced the heating grates twice and the grilling grates three times. The main housing is in good shape but the grease / ash tray brackets have rusted out. I have it held in place with tie-wire. I keep a cover on it but it's out on the patio and moisture does build up under the cover - thus the rust. The heat still seems to be evenly distributed so I'll keep it until it completely burns up.
