MY is a good coach, but he's clearly sticking to his guns too long

I appreciate the fact that he gives guys a long leash, but shortening the rotation like he did in the second half is inexcusable. Especially playing Alleyne for the last 11 minutes of the game without a break.

Alleyne had a 9-0-2 line in 31 minutes, Maddox had a 3-1-2 line in 11 against NCST.

Coming off a COVID pause it's really hard to rationalize not playing your subs for the last 12 minutes of a game when they were the catalyst to a 17-0 run in the 1st half. It's even worse when we were clearly being outhustled on the boards and Pedulla, Maddox, and DNG are all better rebounders than Murphy, Cattoor, and Alleyne.

It's beginning to show up that we don't make good adjustments in-game, we're excellent at gameplanning but when the going gets tough we shorten the rotation and try to depend on execution alone.
