It is a VERY intense rivalry that is essentially unknown


I had no idea how nasty the rivalry was until I moved down here. Then, I went to a Saints / Falcons game at the Georgia Dome and it was arguments and fights in the stands and extremely intense.

The NFL does nothing to play up the rivalry and it never gets any attention because Fox only shows games outside of the NFC East, Tom Brady, and Aaron Rodgers at 1PM. It gets no national publicity but it is every bit as intense as Cowboys v. WFT/Redskins/Future Admirals.
