World Cup, a pro tennis tournament, a concert, outdoor play (i.e. the one on Roanoke Island), NHL's Winter Classic/Canada Classic game, or maybe even an exhibition game (i.e. MLB, NBA outdoor game, etc.) where the venue only needs to be a temporary one for the event.
