UNC, Penn State, Clemson, etc, all have had success securing top 10 commitments in VA. I remember reading articles about Mack Brown when he was first hired, he took the time to visit every high school in NC & every recruit's family & established relationships. Then he set his sights on eastern-half VA. He pays attention to details, follows through & is very thorough. Look where UNC, Penn State & Clemson are now, they are plucking the top 10-15 recruits in VA every year since Fuente was hired. He & his staff were poor recruiters & VT football is paying the price now. Let's hope Coach Pry and staff will work their tails off to get future young men to stay in-state & play for VT.
