Don't know if they've changed any, but I remember an article on FA's


a few years ago that focused on their fast service. Their business model is to focus on foods that can be either cooked or reheated very quickly. In fact, the item on their menu that has the longest preparation time is...toast. They just haven't figured out a way to speed up toasting a slice of bread.

At the time, I found it interesting. With this report, I'm left wondering if some things aren't undercooked in the interest of speed.
