He intentionally lied on his papers to try to put the authorities on the spot. The anti-vax liars are easily recognizable since they always say somebody told me to do this and they can never be held accountable. All of them also say that they did extensive research that led them to this positionlike 6 months before the vaccine was approved or listening to the rants of a shock jock.

I think that there is just a lot of adults who are fearful of getting shots. It has nothing to do with government or anything else. Fear makes them grasp at straws to avoid it. Leaning on them isn't going to eliminate their fear. Just enforce the laws or regulations. They can handle the consequences of their actions.
