That sucks. I'm not sure what more he would have done musically, but


he's someone that I came to appreciate more and more. While I usually give more credit to the person who wrote the songs (mostly Jim Steinman for Meatloaf, for his best known one's at least), sometimes a song IS just taken to that next level by the perfect performer for that song. And that was Meatloaf with many songs.

I might go get my Meatloaf CDs and play those today instead of the Replacements I currently have in my office.
