Techlunchpail has an article blaming NCS AD


Don't know who the sources are but it lays blame squarely at Corrigan's feet. Also, says ACC changed rules for football and basketball, but not for Olympic sports allowing for a forfeit as opposed to no contest. Says Pop was willing to reschedule.
