Here's the odd thing about that situation ...


... Kenny's teams have blown a lot of leads in the last 2-3 years (maybe even longer). That should lead to analysis and correction of the core problems. But we keep seeing it.

Turning it into a men's hoops discussion: you *know* that Mike Young is watching the struggles his team is having this year, diagnosing what the core problems are, and thinking to himself, "How do I fix this?"

It's what we do in life, business, and sports. You don't just keep hoping things will go better. I'm not accusing Kenny of "hoping things will go better," but it is odd that this happens, given the talent on the team. It's something he has to overcome to get his teams to the next level, because his recruiting is pretty darn good, and the records have gradually improved.
