That's the equivalent. Two bottom half teams in their conference with 0 national interest.

No, that would be relegated to SEC Extra and if carried by a local channel blacked out in those markets. Why? Because no one outside those markets care and the local blackout rules are set by the FCC.

And BTW...Syracuse at Duke is on ESPN, no SEC or BIG games on any of the ESPN channels.
