That was an intentional move on our part


The US didn't stumble into shutting down drilling, canceling pipelines, etc. It was a strategic move to decrease US independence from foreign oil.

Has anyone asked why we went from having cheap gas and being an oil exporter, to having expensive gas and being forced to import oil?
