Problem is that every pitches back foot comes off rubber

There is no re-plant involved, you could make augument that every soft ball pitch back foot technically is off rubber momentarily prior to front being planted whether you hop or not. Some pitchers are able to contort their back foot on it's side to maintain contact, otherwise they could trip on back foot slide. She could try not wearing cleated shoe and slide on dirt in front of rubber. The big problem 1/2 way through season all umpires are now going to be required to make call.
