I thought he did great. The farthest he’d ever run before is 7mi……


I suggested that he run with the 1:35 pacer for the race which he did. After the race the pacer told me that she thought that without the breaks (too much hydration on day of race)(rookie mistake by me), he would likely have done 1:32 or better. Sprint Tri coming up in May. 💪🏻
