If you look at the video, then you see where the batter turns his head

towards the pitcher right after touching second base. I assume he either said something or did some sort of facial expression that the pitcher and third-base umpire considered to be "taunting." At least I believe it was reported that the third-base umpire told the batter to stop whatever he was doing.
