You know Toyota is the benchmark for manufacturing,

world renowned for the excellence program. That said, most Toyota dealerships that I've worked with have been terrible. My dad had a sunroof motor go bad while the vehicle was under warranty. They couldn't get the part in a timely fashion so they told him to come back later. He finally got a call to come in months later and after the repair got a fairly large bill for the replacement. He asked why and they told him his warranty expired the week before.

Lots of sketchy things like that.
