a lot more players that start will be out of eligibility as a result. A lot of experience lost from teams all over.

The one thing we can say now about coach is that he knows how to fill in holes with transfers. He is building a solid recruiting program that provides the core, but finding those fill ins where needed. If you look at MLB teams, that is how the teams that have long term success do it. The Yankee dynasty of the 90s/00s was built around a group of players that grew up in the system, then they added players, some long term, some short where they needed them. Coach is doing just that and it is the way to do it now, no one can succeed long term with just recruiting out of HS.
