I would keep about 10 billion. Then do a rent to own agreement with Ukraine


for the Donbas Region including in Mariupol for $10 a month then pump in around 100 billion in mercenaries and military hardware. It would be one hell of a show until the Ruskies decided to nuke the place. Still have 150 billion left over which would dwarf Russia's 65 billion/year defense budget. Maybe talk to Pakistan about selling me some cheap nukes to keep it fair.
