Ha, you ain't lying. I let the bank take my mistake from 2005 back

Googling the address shows me that at today's inflated prices, that home is just now finally at a break even point for what I paid for it back in 2005. Really glad I simply stopped paying it and let the bank take it back. The crazy thing is I watched them sell it for peanuts. They could have just as easily adjusted the mortgage and let me stay and they would have made more money.....not too bright those guys.
