I think 5's problem was his frequency and his demeanor.

Saying the same thing 10 times in a thread is unnecessary IMHO. His repeated posts just helped fuel the fire (fuel) for more opposing posts (oxygen). And he certainly could have done without calling many who disagreed with him morons.

There is a reason that he was one of the leaders in the down-vote category.....and that's what got him booted.

I have no problem with posters who disagree with me. I do have a problem being called a moron.

Again, that's just my opinion.
