If they don't weigh in a wrestler at 133, Gus will get a bye and its

treated like the other byes. Would only get the advancement point if he wins his next match. It is not treated like a forfeit in a dual. If they weigh in and then they default either before or during the bout, then Gus would get the advancement and bonus points.
