I understood the article to say that some adult students


(over the age of 18) declined to press charges.

Makes me wonder about the mental state of anyone over the age of 18 pressing charges. Although not a bright idea, I hardly think this kid should be branded a felon for life because he thought it would be funny to show his winky.
