2) rent out suites for company xmas parties
3) do stadium/facilities tours much like recruits get but for all sports but the tour needs to be interesting enough for someone to pay. Allow someone to hit at softball field, run the bases, get on jumbo tron, catch passes in lane, shoot hoops, run out to enter sandman, etc.
4) allow beer sales
5) was in baltimore this weekend and the Ravens had a draft party at the stadium...but it was almost like a fan fest of sorts...pretty sure players did autos but can't confirm it was an awesome event for kids too. Put them thru drills, etc to keep them occupied

The bottom line is to maximize the space that is really only used 6 times a year.
