The Buzz method reminds me of a 30 for 30 I recently watched

It was the one about the 1980 USA hockey team win over Russia at Lake Placid. Russia was starting to dominate in hockey and they wanted to play the Canadian NHL all star team to prove they were the best in the world. The Russian coach said something like "Bobby Hull is the best hockey player in the world, nobody can do the things that he can do on the ice. If the game is played with each team having a goalie and it is Bobby Hull versus one of our players, Bobby Hull will win easily. If the game is played with two Bobby Hull's versus two of our players, then they will probably win but we will close the gap a little. If the game is played with five Bobby Hull's versus our five players, then I would not wager very much money on the Bobby Hull's winning." He went on to say that hockey is a team sport, and his team worked so well together that a more talented team would still have a hard time defeating them.

All that to say, I believe Buzz essentially does the same thing. Buzz's teams will typically be greater than the sum of their parts. I personally would not have it any other way, as to me, a team that is like that is so satisfying to watch. Even when they lose, you still feel great about it because they played their hearts out. When they win, you feel even better because you know they earned it and they deserved it.

We got ourselves a great coach, lets enjoy it!
