Sort of. Qualifying is open to any pro, or any amateur w/1.4 hdcp or better


Of course, if you go to local qualifying and shoot 100, you get a nasty letter from the USGA saying come back when you learn how to play golf. :) If you have already proven yourself in some way, through rankings or winning other events, you can be exempt from qualifying.
