RBs have the shortest NFL careers and it isn't close.


I think the average is like 3.1 years or something.

The problem with a lot of VT guys hasn't been necessarily one injury...but they kept getting re-injured (Jones, Suggs, Williams). Wilson's neck was just a freak thing. Takes a lot of skill as well as a lot of luck to be a superstar in the NFL.

Jones - 5-6
Wilson - 2
Williams - 3-4
Stith - 3
Humes - 1

As a whole, we're right around the average.
