Set in the time after the movie Undiscovered Country, it will be after the Klingon and the Federation sign a treaty.

Will there be a Klingon captain or first officer on the Discovery? Will the captain of the ship be a well-known actor/actress from TV/movies or will it be a skilled thespian from stage or both?

It will be interesting to see how the studio rekindles the Star Trek franchise. I don't believe it can be a very dark series and succeed. It will need to have some lightness to it. We'll see.
