Always thought The Wild, the Innocent, and the E Street Shuffle..

was a kind of maturation process, first you're just part of the crowd in the e street shuflle, then 4th of July focuses on one not together person, Wild Billy's Circus sort of a warning staying in this life and of course the B side where the character breaks through to real success beyond his friends on the street. New York Serenade is where one gets the world, good and bad and becomes/is sophisticated, no longer a kid, he can walk away now.

Sargeant Pepper's Lonely Heart Club Band which would have probably been a lot of people response 30 years ago, and Days of Future Passed is certainly a grate themed album
