It's bad for many reasons, chiefly: too little expansion too late, massive

over-development near exits with no local road infrastructure capacity or traffic control to deal with even half that much traffic, and people too strung out on dumb commutes for work.

When I first moved here in the 80's a popular refrain was, "We'll never be as stoopidt as ATL for traffic issues." Nobody was listening at DOT.
