I thought there were players who redshirted...

after playing just a few games, but I could have confused them with medical redshirts. Someone told me 3 or 4 years ago about what you said about 30%. That person told me they had to submit paper work and have it approved. Sometimes the NCAA wouldn't approve it. Is it a case-by-case basis type of thing?
