My boys play lacrosse and one is on track for a scholarship...


for academics (my older). neither is looking to play anything above club level for sports, if that.

my hope is they go where they are happy.

my oldest is looking at

VT, GT, RPI, Rice, Columbia, and Florida- all for engineering- if they let him to a bachelors/masters program and/or honors college at VT- then I think that will be his choice.

Younger is looking at

VT, T A&M, Georgetown, JMU, and some more when he gets a chance to look at more. He wants to do Pol Sci but is considering that as part of a corps of cadets. My fear is that he will choose A&M if his brother goes to VT just to be different but VT is his favorite now.
