I am an instructor for AHA and ASHI and it is the best thing that you could do for only a few hours of investment on your part.

I am a volunteer EMT and plan to contact the VT rescue squad and inquire if during a football game or two, that I might be able to run with a crew and assist. Always a pleasure and reward to help others, and you never know what you might learn and enhance your skills.
