I suggest a better RE agent.

Our RE agent had showed us a house several years earlier and I felt a good vibe from her. Fast forward five years and it was time for us to sell a 'hard to sell' house. It took four months but our timing was terrible but she was relentless. There was an escrow issue that she could have easily washed her hands of but she went the distance for us saving us several thousand dollars which I would have begrudgingly paid had she not pointed out some discrepancies.

I asked her recommendation for a closing attorney recently and I was not disappointed. She even brought me two jars of homemade egg nog at Christmas.

Like any profession, there are some gems. Hold on to them when you find them.
