Penny HATED the first move to Iowa, back between

his Grundy and Christiansburg stints. Yes he has many financial and property interests here. BUT he spent about 10 years at Grundy and Christiansburg before the urge hit him for new challenges.

I can see it going either way. Hate it if it is true!
