In Season, I can fault his timing, though not the move

What with Brands trying to steal a team right out from under us to KD leaving in season, not the best luck with wrestling coaches. And no, not comparing what Brands did vs. KD the only common point is the departure not the way it was done specifically. Is this kind of activity normal for wrestling? They're obviously good coaches but neither departure is the way to do it.
