We all know what happened here. One or two drunk idiots put this thing out there. And it is obviously incredibly disrespectful.

However, I'm pretty sure these kids did not intentionally try to disrespect Fernandez. They just lacked the judgement and maturity to realize that what they were doing would be viewed as disrespectful to the guy.


And about this article, calling for immediate expulsion is a bit over the top. And then, going on and on about how nothing like that would have ever happened at his fraternity was rather really annoying. Sure. No bad decisions were ever made by this guy and his friends in college. Right.

Anyhow, while I'm certainly no fan, I will give this young writer a chance to win me over. A blacklisting isn't reasonable. I'll try to extend the grace to him that he was so eager to deny the kids who hung that banner.
