Anyone remember a football game with disks and a disk player?

Vintage early 70s. You had small plastic disks that had offensive plays (long bomb, screen pass, run up middle) on one side (one for each disk), and on the other side multiple defensive calls (blitz, stop run, etc.). So the offensive player picked a play and put that disk in the player slot, and then the player on defensive rotated that disk so that the defense he wanted was on top. Then he pushed the disk down into the disk player, and it would give a TV-type call for the play's outcome.

My friends and I played that all the time. Member? What was that called?
