For me Whit should pick the best choice he think will lead this program to.


Continue to be a Top 5 program.


I like Robie as the choice with Zaddick and St John. What I don't know is who Coach Robie has on staff if he can't bring Zaddick and St John who does he bring?


Guys like Popilizio and Kolat are attractive to me. And to some extent Bono and he Coach at NIU. I'm not sure who has interest I haven't asked around.


Whit should do what he thinks he thinks is best for the program 5 years from now and not next year. That said it would be nice to have both.


Is that Robie or Zaddick or someone like Popilizio or Kolat or Bono? Glad I don't have to make that choice and honestly without talking to the candidates I couldn't cause I would like to know.

1) Who would be your coaching staff as I want some international experience like Zaddick?
2) What is your stately for recruiting? I think we need to be able to recruit Pa, NJ, Ohio, and Va. And I would like to know how they propose against the big boys.
3) What is their strategy for the RTC? Who would head it? Wrestle there? And how do we fund raise for it.
4) And then I would look to see who has the fire the eyes.


Without talking to them on 1) through 4) I wouldn't know who to choose. And by the way there.may b some candidates who applied thst might surprise us they have interest.

I trust Whit to. Are the best call whether that is Coach Robie or Coach Zaddick or an existing head coach from another program I guess we will in the next 2-3 weeks.
