Reminds me of a funny story from my last time in Vegas


I was playing Let it Ride and the cocktail waitress comes around. Starting at the other end of the table she asks what people want to drink. Rum and coke. Seven and seven. Vodka and cranberry juice. Then me: "I'll have a Wild Turkey."

She pauses a minute, then replies with, "And?"

I shrug and say "Ice, if you absolutely have to, but there's no other 'and' really needed." Table breaks out laughing -- her included -- and she gives me a nice heavy pour. "And" ... gets a nice heavy tip.
