This brings up a good question - How can they charge him for wearing a mask

....when his "mask" is perfectly fine for taking his mugshot? Seems the cops thought their own charge was bs.

"Jeremy Putman was charged with wearing a mask in public, a felony that could land him in jail for up to five years, the Winchester Police Department said in a statement."
