One more reason..


Robie had a sense of family in the room before Dresser left. They rallied around each other and Robie. I admire Dresser for showing some restraint, but I think the close-knit nature of the team is something that can be credited to Robie.

Also Robie filling Zadick's and DSJ's voids quickly and ably probably did a lot to prevent attrition.
