I've done volunteer work with UMPS CARE Charities (www.UmpsCare.com) for years. It's the official charity of MLB umpires. Umpires will visit childrens hospitals throughout the season with Build a Bears and also host kids in BB/BS and adoption agencies at ballparks every weekend, giving them a cool experience. This auction is one of their big fundraisers.

The auction has a number of different things -- ticket packages to MLB games as well as minor league games, lunch with an ump plus baseball tickets, hotel/ticket packages, and signed bats, balls, and jerseys from today's stars as well as Hall of Famers. There's even an authentic seat from Fenway Park. Grand total, there are over 300 items to bid on in seven different categories.
