I just bought a 40V weed trimmer. It's a Kobalt, for $99 with battery.

It was normally $149.

It was fine, but it was flimsy. Good enough for my need, though.

Just check the durability. Stihl is usually a solid bet, if you can afford it. Easier to service as well.
