I can only guess about the time but if there's money to be made delivering


People over a border wall I don't think it will take long. All they need is bigger batteries which are being improved all the time. The rest of the technology already exist. I wouldn't be surprised if they'll be shuttling people over the border wall before it is completely finished.
The 6B is for 6 billion which is the last estimate I heard for the cost of the wall. This has nothing to do with my political beliefs. I'm just not convinced the wall will solve much given the advancement of technology. I'm all for a secure border.
